A Response or Clint Babble?

A vintage Clint Miller (aka "Monty Hall") response for the GS&T.  They first paragraph uses semantics to deny any UTUIA or UTU monies have been given to "charged individuals"! Then the second paragraph points out that "no post-indictment legal fees have been advanced to the indicted individuals"  . . . ah . . . , but applicable law yadda yadda yadda authorizes advancement of legal fees under "certain circumstances" and that coverage under its director and officer liability policy has been used "for matters covered by the indictments, except for those who have plead guilty"?

So the question remains, how much attorney fees has been advanced to Boyd's criminal attorneys since the indictment and how much more will be advanced? If anyone believes it's a small figure to seek the recovery of monies paid to Ralph Dennis for his little "lets all keep mum" trips, then you actually believe the bullshit Paul "Shame on You" Thompson puts out.  My guess right now is that over one half million dollars has been advanced to Boyd's legal begals!

Suffice to say they are not going to tell us short of a court order and that is probably what is now necessary to keep millions more from flowing into a bottomless pit! I do note the Ohio Department of Insurance has not responded to my complaint and request for information?

Yo Paulie, " . . . misinformation appearing on the websites of the usual suspects!  Hmmmm . . ., I've been a "suspect" ever since I started fighting union corruption at the International . . . , ah . . . but I've never been INDICTED!!!!  Roger's absolutely right - "U" just don't get it do you; why should we believe the International Hierarchy after all the lies and deception since the "New Beginning" (God - that's a laugh!). Reading Boyd's speech from DC was DejaVu as I was there and I'm elated he's shoving it down Boyd's throat because I remember it as one of the most vindictive, sickening examples of deception I've ever witnessed in the union ..., ah . . ., well not counting Smoot, of course! Sad part was, 90% of those present were supporting the Regime and it's lies.

I can't tell you readers how many people have called or left messages in the past 6 months basically saying "Lance, you were right and you are vindicated"! Even former supporters of Little and Boyd have come out of the woodwork to apologize or at least say they view me differently than they did before the indictments! A shame I couldn't convince any of the delegates in 99 or 03 but that's history now. Read question is will there be anything left of the UTU is we continue to let the feds handle the situation, i.e., nothing prevents the membership from taking back their union.  Relative to that, I think it is time for some of us to start making some contributions to "Reform It 2004" even though Roger has not asked for anything?  I know I'm going to do it when my tax refund comes in!  And I am really looking forward to the Executive Board decision and Roger's blow by blow coverage of the trial . . . , if any?  Indicted President (IP) . . . , "innocent until pleading guilty" . . . hey. . . that's good stuff and humorous too at a time when there is not much to laugh about within the UTU.

From 44 mil in 1999 to 23 mil at the end of 2002 and the boys have already got that down to 18 mil in the first 9 months of 2003. ANY BETS the GS&T gets several extentions for the LM-2 again this year to cover-up our true financial situation for as long as possible? Based upon current usage, we will have nothing by the next convention . . . ah . . . , provided they can use the GCA and SLD monies for general fund usage? (hehe)
