Dues Increase?

   "u" and I both know a picture is worth a 1000 words!

Cartoon is gone but Sac-C really did suck us dry with his dues increase. I would say it was unnecessary for the members, but not to the hierarchy, they needed it to maintain their drunken sailor routine!

My Guarantee!

As the delegate for Local 1571, I will do everything in my power to insure there is NO dues increase in Miami! Please see my article on this which was recently published on this site.  I shall take a leading roll in opposition to any dues increase which would reward "Team Charlie" for the precarious financial condition they have placed "u" members in account their blatant violations of the Constitution, common sense, fact, reason, and law.

However, "u" should remember that if "u're" delegates elect Mr. Little, it will make "little" difference that he leaves Miami without a dues increase. He will place another $2 upon "u" at every meeting of the Board of Directors if not sooner (each month).  "u" can take that to the bank because I will then file my suit seeking injunctive relief and declaratory judgment which will prevent him from further using the JBI or any other "trust fund" as if it was the General Fund (I hope this answers the email on this subject concerning "huff an puff"). Quite bluntly, I have been advised by government officials that a legal action could interfer with and/or delay current investigations into this matter.

And I again implore the delegates to consider passing a recall provision. Given the pending NMB Vote and the "mystical" wage and rule panel, I believe a "lame duck" Charles L. Little could be the most dangerous President "u" have ever seen! Hang in there and have a nice day.
