Let's see now, three down and one to go? Ah ..., it appears everyone originally indicted is guilty "Except One" . . . , the "HonorableByron Boyd"? Politics. . . , yep ..., that's the ticket - three long time union officers/agents pleaded "guilty" to criminal offenses that they didn't actually do (facing actual jail time) to "frame" poor ole President Boyd? Damn those low down dirty lying bastards!

Deja vu - will this be the ole "fight'in bob" defense; I'm so guilty I can't get a fair and impartial trial? You can't use the Executive Session Transcript against me; you can't use the actual language of the "public" law board against me; you can't use any evidence against me that prooves I'm guilty - it just would'nt be fair! Yo Byroon, IF you plan to use that defense . . ., better transfer the case to "Judge Petie's Court"!  Opps, you can't buy this judge - just going to be "innocent until pleading guilty" yourself?

Have you told "da judge" how you've seen the "light" and found religion . . . you know . . . I answer letters now faster that I ever have (had to) in the past and tell them what they want to hear? Example: my immediate response to Ruck concerning the deferred National Wage Increase as it applies to International Officers, Board Members and staff! Hell your Honor, fact is, if nobody had asked and Iwasn't in the bind I'm in, us International Officers would be enjoying that 3.5% raise July 1st and no one would have been the wiser. Just a matter of semantics!

Obviously, I'm too skeptical; ergo I required you put it in writing that the H&W National Wage deferral WILL apply to all IO's, Board Members and staff.  That you did it within one week of my request is amazing unless you consider that it is signed one day before the Executive Board suspended you from office pending the determination of the Houston Court (did you have advance notice of their decision?). Hmmmm ..., no need to play any semantical game now that further enrages the dues paying members?

Personally, after all the bullshit about how you are innocent and will be exonorated, I'd be real disappointed IF you rolled over now and confessed you're lying scum just to save yourself 5 or 10 years of hard (easy - gentlemen's minimum security prison?) time!  Fight it to the bitter end, Brother ..., and I hope you get the same "justice" Smoot got! Hahahahahahahahaha!

How does it feel not to have a paycheck coming in? How does it feel to have you wife and children think you are a criminal? How does it feel when everyone else (your union brothers) abondons you? How does it feel to be accused of federal criminal violations of a serious nature rather than specious civil violations of the Federal Wiretap Act that could have never been proven criminal? Do you ever think that IF you had stepped forward and told the truth rather than perpetuating a lie relative to the punitive damages, God might not be punishing you now?Am I boring you?Oh . . . , your had all this same "free time" at home in Seattle when you were  getting paid ..., right?
