As I wonder how to introduce this issue, poetry enters my mind:

Intervenor Duck ain't part of the Deal;

If anybody challenges then just repeat,

The old Permanent Injunction as if it was real!

Mere "chicken feed", if you'll pardon the pun;

Fight'in Bob's reputation is saved and he is glad,

His future legal fees to be paid as they come!

The alleged, illegal "Settlement Agreement and Release" was negotiated by Sac-C and Monty without the knowledge on any Executive Board Member or any member of the UTU.  "u" determine if it was in "u're" best interest and if "u" are governed by it, i.e., will "u" be able to read "The Evidence" when it appears?
