VACATION?

   Yes, I got a vacation this year?  Didn't get one in 2000 because I missed too many days for Union business and months for "knee replacement'! I start tomorrow and am going out of town for a true "family vacation" for about 10 days!  So this web site will be inactive until about August 15th and this will be my last chance to share my thoughts with my regular readers and those that visit infrequently! Off the top of my head, here is what is on my mind before I leave:

Sacrosanct?

   Is the UTU Constitution now "Sacrosanct" as it was when "SAC-C" initiated the "New Beginning"? Of course, that is a joke as Charlie Little nullified and abused the UTU Constitution more than any other President in UTU's history! It's a real shame his alleged "medical condition" would not allow him to continue his abuse? So is Byron any better?  I addressed this issue in the Greensboro Edition but now have some substantial input as to the question!  I filed charges under Artile 25 of the current UTU Constitution against President Boyd which were receipted for on July 20, 2001.  I have had no response per Article 25, as ameneded by the 1999 Miami Convention, in the ten (10) days he had to respond?  I am sure this is an oversight on his part and my response will be forthcoming?  Unlike the several certified return receipt letters on my site he never answered, he will have no trouble anwering these charges if and when he deems it necessary, despite the requirement of the UTU Constitution!  If he never answers and the UTU Executive Board won't hear the charges, I shall place the charges on this site as soon as I receive the Exectutive Board letter! Yo, Byron - does we just be call'in yo the "diverse power of one" instead of the "sacrosanct power of one"? Inquiring minds WANT TO KNOW???

   So what's happening with Kenny?  Lost the 4th circuit case concerning bankruptcy and "exempt assests", tried to get his lawyer of record to file an En Banc Petition like he did with the 6th Circuit and was denied  last Friday before the Monday deadline? Filed for an "extension" on Monday and was summarily denied the same day via telephone call?  OK - 90 days from the date of denial to go the the Supreme Court? Yep, we can do that one too!  Don't make no difference that the chance of Certiorari is "Zip" (Nada - Zero), got to do it to exhaust all remedy and enhance the book and movie rights! Damn I guess we may have to have a contest on this book?  Winner gets a two day class at the George Meany Institute on how to write an "arbitration submission"?  Ah . . ., I'm thinking something really catchy like "Sacrosanct with Extreme Prejudice - a Union Story"?

    How come the FBI don't want to question me?  I don't give a flying fuck about the "designated counsel"; I want to know how they got to a Federal Judge?  How come he hasn't been impeached yet?   How come half these damn lawyers involved haven't been disbarred?  How come Sac-C and "little bb" aren't in jail yet?  Inquiring minds want to know! Ah . . . , the FBI may not be one of the "inquiring minds" - probably not!
